Shipping policy
Some items offered on our site are available as pre-orders. These pieces are produced in limited quantities and small batches to maintain quality and exclusivity.
Pre-Order Production Timeline
Pre-order items may take 4–6 weeks from the order date before shipping.
This timeframe reflects our production schedule and may vary slightly depending on manufacturing timelines, materials, or volume. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Pre-Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your pre-order, the following cancellation policy applies:
Orders may only be canceled within 72 hours of purchase.
After 72 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be canceled or modified.
To request a cancellation within the 72-hour window, please contact:
Include your order number and full name in your email.
Once production has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
